Since Ipad update to Ios13 charge 2 does not show sleep stages despite doing all of the following.
Reset charge 2 several times, thoroughly cleaned sensor, completely removed device from app, deleted and reinstalled app and set up charge 2 on app, and fully charged it.
Still does not show sleep stages.
I don’t know what else I can do to resolve this issue. Suspect it’s Fitbit software/app so won’t be buying any other Fitbit products as software is flakey but have previously been able to resolve issues by doing above actions, but not this time.

Look below the graph of an affected sleep period. Does Fitbit tell you why stages? Is your heart rate working?

It always says it couldn’t get consistent heart rate reading, but heart rate is being recorded fine. I actually got sleep stages this morning, I reset the Charge 2 again last night and I turned off my vpn before connecting and syncing with the app this morning.
It has worked fine with vpn on for past few years so don’t imagine it was that causing sleep stages not to be displayed. My Charge 2 is a few years old, got it when it first came out and have had the occasional blip where sleep stages not displayed but always previously resolved with a reset, so will see if it remains stable.
