The 2 small green lights on the back are flashing.

I tried to charge it in a wall outlet and in my computer but I don't even see the battery logo.

Hello @Lunep

I’m just seeing this post now. I’m not sure why anyone hasn’t responded but hopefully I can help if this is still an issue. I’d try restarting your Fitbit tracker. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=moW9tZXHPvs  I’d try it a couple of times if necessary. If the problem persist try changing your clock face as I’ve see this help others with similar issues as your describing https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CpQ4CnLBvnk

😃 I hope this helps and provides you with an answer.

Hello MegaBite,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried a lot of things at first, but it seems that my Charge 2 is now completely dead. I cannot charge it anymore. The green lights no longer come on and the battery logo no longer appears.

Someone mentioned that it could be the battery that should be changed????

At Fitbit, they told me that there was nothing more to do. The warranty was over, Fitbit offered me a 30% discount on a purchase of another Fitbit.

My spouse gave me his own which he id not use. if it breaks, for me, it's over with Fitbit!

I will not buy another Fitbit. I will look for another company.

Gosh I’m sorry to here that @Lunep but I’m happy that your spouse was able to let you use their old one. At least you can still participate in challenges and things of that nature if you still want to. Because it seems Fitbit Customer Service said there was nothing more they could do then I’m certain any tips I’d suggest were most like tried before.

😕 I’m sorry I couldn’t help more.
