Hello All,
My charge2 has stopped working today. This morning the battery was very low. This evening i tried to recharge the traker but it doens't still switch on! I'm recharging it since 2 hour but nothing has happend till now. It is completely dead 😞
How can i do?? May i ask for replacement?

Seems odd that suddenly your Charge 2 stop taking charge. First and to better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or it's just completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
