Can anyone help us get our Charge 2s to accurately record our sleep?  Thanks.

Hi @Villefan, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that yoru Charge 2 is not recording your sleep accurately, please restart your Fitbit device as described in this help article.

 

After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.

 

Finally, monitor your Charge 2 and see if it registers and tracks your sleep accurately.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.
