I charged my Charge 2 up fully yesterday and within 24 hours the battery was at 10%. I charged it fully again today and the battery drained within 2 hours. It has previously been fine - 4/5 days use on a charge, but now won't hold charge at all. As soon as I take it out of the charger it switches off. I charge in using a Wall Charger. I've cleaned all the contacts. Any advice?

I have had the same issue with my Charge 2. A few days ago, the ran out (as usual), but it would not charge. We purchased a new wall charger and it would charge, but would drain out in 5-10 minutes.
Today I reinstalled the Fitbit app on my phone. I then ran the update successfully on the Fitbit unit. I thought all was good, but the battery again ran out in 5-10 minutes.
I have cleaned the connections as shown in the directions.
What should I do now?
