My fitbit is unresponsive whenever i tap it or press the button. I’ve tried changing the clock faces, resetting it, and long resetting it, while charging. None of those have worked. The battery symbol won’t pop up when i charge it, the fitbit just vibrates. Is there something i need to make sure to do when resetting?
