I recently put my Charge 2 on to charge and nothing seemed to happen.
I tried different plugs and sockets within my house, still with no joy.
I read a few suggestions online saying that the charger prongs and ports may need cleaning so I did this and tried charging again. Still no joy.
I have tried pressing the reset button whilst trying to charge the device and nothing happens.
I don't think there is a problem with the charger, as it looks fully intact and there are no kinks in the wire.
Is there anything else I can try, or do I need to admit defeat and accept that my device is dead?

I have the same problem, tried everything as you say and nothing. Was wondering if I should buy a new cable but seems nothing wrong with the original and it charged fine last time I used it a few days ago. I’ve had my charge 2 for about 2 years, how long have you had yours? Any idea how long they are expected to last? Would have thought a bit longer than that!? :))

I am having the same issue. No display or tracking although the app says it is fully charged. Mine is about 3-4 years old.
