@ScootNOzarks Welcome! It's great to see you around! You don't provide too much information about the computer you are using? Is it a Windows or Mac computer? Which OS is it running? Besides what you have done you can try restarting your tracker by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
If you are using the Mac or and older version of Windows (not Windows 10) then you will have the Fitbit connect software that won't have the account button. If you do have the Windows 10 app then it will show this button and if you don't see it try removing the app and installing it again.
Let me know how it goes!

Bless you, Alvaro. Followed your instructions (not always as easy as that should be, for me) and am now seeing glorious "Last sync: just now" on my Dashboard. Quite a relief getting this done, as I'm about to leave town for a couple of weeks and online reliability wouldn't have been good for trying to run this down. Thank you!!!

@ScootNOzarks really happy to hear that your tracker is syncing now after the restart. Have a safe trip and hopefully you will be able to get many steps during your meetings or relax time.
I'll be around!

PLEASE ASSIST WITH SYNCHING ISSUE

Been quite a while since you helped me resolve this issue. Thought I'd acknowledged and said thanks for getting me back online; sorry apparently didn't.
Meanwhile, another small issue, not sure if OK to post here but let me see: Is there any way to return to the old format where Dashboard shows Activities? Since getting things fixed on the issue this thing's been about, I'm unable to find that set-up, which I found more helpful in tracking my primary interest, my walking.
Thanks.

Probably not good form, replying to my own post but there's good reason: Checking my Saved Passwords I discovered that I had TWO Fitbit accounts. Deleted the one tied to a cell phone I no longer use and my next login, up came the old format with the exact information I'd been missing.
