so I’ve been using my Fitbit charge 2 for a couple of years now with no problems but recently when I go out for long fast paced walks the heart rate monitored is showing that most of the time it’s saying my heart rate is 65-88. How can this be before it was always between 90-145 depending on my speed. I have given it a thorough clean and worked fine yesterday when I was doing exercise in the house due to the rain but today I did my normal walk and it kept being low again. The only difference was that I had a jumper on and it was windy outside today. What could be causing it?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Let me share with you that heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information about this, please check this help article and let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if further assistance is needed.
