Charge 2 heart rate missing from activities

My Fitbit shows heart rate on device while walking but will not transfer data on app. Shows everything except heart rate on app as far as graphics.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will find the source and release a fix for it. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter.

Ok. I think the issue is the new firmware update left the HR out of it. Basically it’s just like the regular Inspire version that doesn’t have the hr unless you purchase the Inspire HR version
