Charge 2 improperly tracking sleep and activity

Hi 

My charge 2 is not tracking sleep accurately. It starts tracking sleep if I am sitting down sometimes. It will also show that I am sleeping at the same time it tracks a sport/active minutes. I am also getting unusual activity tracking when I am not being very active.  
I have restarted three times and am still having the same problems.
