I installed recent updates and restarted my Fitbit, now it is showing me incorrect active minutes when I work out. I just did 55 mins of cardio and weights and only showing 20 active minutes. Any advice before I call Fitbit... (again)? Thanks in advance

Active minutes have a very specific definition. They require a certain level of intensity maintained for at least ten minutes. Say you might work hard for 8 minutes, let up and your heart rate drops enough, then amp up intensity, you might not get any active minutes.

Thanks for the quick response JohnnyRow! I was figuring that was the logical answer. I am on vacation and workouts are shorter than normal, so it all makes sense. Much appreciated!
