My fitbit Charge 2 has suddenly stopped working properly earlier this evening. I got lots of vibrations at first (thought I'd completed my 10,000 steps!), but when I looked at it, it was just scrolling through the screens really quickly, then pausing on the resting heartbeat screen, where it remained and kept vibrating. This has never happened before and, as I say, came on very suddenly.
I've cleaned all the contact points at the reverse and just tried to reset it. I did this by following instructions from anther post with a similar theme; put the fitbit into the charger, held the button in for a few seconds until the Fitbit logo appeared on the screen. But when I took it out of the charger, the battery was completely depleted and I know that can't be right as I only charged it yesterday. I've put it back in the charger to see what happens, but I can tell something is amiss with it. My fitbit charge 2 is around 3 years old.
