Sometimes when I update my app I actually lose steps. Then my fitbit reverts to the lower step count. This is very frustrating. Suggestions?

Hi there, @gaelic. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 2. I understand how you must be feeling.

While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you're using another Fitbit device along with your Charge 2? If you're, that would explain why your steps are changing every time you sync. For more information, see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Thank you, that may be exactly the issue. I do still have my One and use it in the morning before I get dressed and put on my Charge 2. I will pay attention to my usage but I think you have figured out my problem. Thanks!!
