Hi, I’ve had my Fitbit nearly 2 years now and up until now it’s been fine, but in the last 2 weeks on 3 occasions it has been about 15 mins slow first thing in the morning. It’s fine once I sync it, with either my phone or iPad. Trouble is this means I don’t feel I can rely on it any more as it’s likely to make me late for work! Any suggestions?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 losing time. You can try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. This should help and also make sure it is syncing periodically (enable all day sync if you can on the Fitbit app).
