Charge 2 is now useless because it will not sync...

I have attempted to sync my Fitbit Charge 2 many times and it keeps failing. I keep getting the "BlueTooth Share has stopped working" pop up each time I attempt to sync my data and then I get an error that my charge 2 won't sync. I have gone through my phone settings, force stopped, cleared the cache, took out the battery, etc, and it will not work whatsoever so I figure it is an issue within the Fitbit itself. I am currently trying to redo my set up with my Fitbit and it has been "searching" for about 5 minutes now. I guess my Fitbit is useless now as this isn't the first time I have had issues with this darn thing. I am unhappy with Fitbit.

I agree my fitbit started having problems 2 weeks ago, after trying many times to sync, ( and i mean MANY TIMES), nothing.  So i removed it from my account then reinstalled it, but no it picked up the device, even showed the bluetooth code, (again MANY TIMES), but nothing, just timed out.  So I switched off/on bluetooth, again nothing.  Restarted my phone and guess what, yep bugger all!!!  No connection, no sync and no help from Fitbit.  GARMIN anyone????
