Charge 2 isn´t working properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my "new" (i think they sent me an old one they repaired) Charge 2 for maybe a year and  I've tried several times to nicely ask for help over the past year. Maybe someone will finally respond to this post. My first fitbit lasted several years. This one cannot count stairs, loses power in less than 2 days and the face cracked within 6 months.  Disgusted with this product and lack of service! Please stand behind your product.

And now it doesn't charge at all!  Figures, still haven't heard back. Guess I'll start forewarning people not to buy fitbits.

Hi @Ltemp  these are the community forums where we're members and not customer support. You try reaching out to them again? As for the refurbished replacement, that is what Fitbit sends when they are low on inventory in the warehouse and need to get you a replacement.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ltemp and thank you for your assistance @Odyssey13. I´m sorry to hear about what happened with your replacement Charge 2.

If your battery stopped charging, try the solutions below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?

  • Restart your device. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you still have trouble, contact Customer Support.
