Hello,
I deleted the charge 2 from my app and it still didn't reset. I tried to reset the fitbit but that didn't change anything. It still shows things like the date and time(which are wrong), steps taken today, calories burnt and so on.
Can someone help me maybe factory reset the fitbit without using the app or just help me?

Based on the information that was shared in your post, it seems that your Charge 2 is working as it should but it's not paired with your account because of the steps you took. That said, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device.
