My Fitbit charge 2 won't sync with my android phone. I have turned my phone on and off. Uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled it. Tried syncing it with my laptop but nothing has synced since 7.23pm last night. Gutted and frustrated as I rely on my Fitbit so much everyday. Would really appreciate any advise on how to fix this problem asap. Thanks much appreciated

FYI - I ended up removing my charge2 from my list of paired devices on bluetooth in my phone. I then went into the fitbit app and let it connect to my bluetooth and it synced. Maybe try and see if that works for you too.

I am having the same issue. The last time mine synced was 8:30 a.m. this morning. I have restarted my bluetooth, restarted my phone (Android), restarted my fitbit itself, all to no avail. I have sent a message on Facebook to Fitbit just a few minutes ago...waiting to hear back.
