My Fitbit Charge 2 isn’t holding a charge for more than 2 days tops. This has been ongoing for the past 2-3 months. It was working fine prior to that and only had to charge every 5-7 days. What could be the reason? I’ve turned off all notifications and all the things mentioned on how to save battery life. Can one replace the battery? Thanks

My charge 2 is doing the same thing. It holds a charge for about a day, sometimes two. What can I do? Does it need to be replaced? I bought it in March of this year (2019) so it is relatively new.

As your Fitbit is relatively new you will probably get a replacement. I have also experienced this problem and noted many other similar complaints which I think (personal opinion) relates to a battery issue but Fitbit don’t acknowledge this unfortunately and take no responsibility beyond warranty period.
