I was gifted Charge 2 as previous owner passed away in May. After 2 hours it had finally had charge. From what I’ve read here, when I registered device in my name it should reset all the data. How long does this take? It’s been almost 4 hours.
also does the little piece band goes into loosen up? It is quite difficult to get in. On happier note it shows I burned 37 calories trying hahaha

Hi @teamkobza,
Once you connect your new buddy to your account, the data should automatically reset. In case you're not aware of how to do that:
1.) Download the Fitbit app on your phone or computer
2.) Log in using the same credentials you used to create the account you posted under for this forum
3.) Tap or click on your profile picture, then select "Add New Device"
4.) Turn your BT ON and select "Charge 2"
5.) From there, just follow all the prompts and your new buddy should be ready to rock!
