Charge 2 no heart rate!

No heart rate tried everything, reset, etc etc, I have  and ionic left and after that dies I will not purchase a Fitbit again.  This is my 3rd different Fitbit and after the forth that’s it.  Not very rugged and when it fails that’s it.  Between the straps always breaking the unit itself fails

I know! I am also having heart rate issues with the charge 2 that began today. I think I have exhausted my options on restarting it, the app, the phone, etc. I just bought a bunch of new bands too because they kept breaking in the same spot.
