I have a Charge 2 and Samsung Galaxy S9+. The Charge 2 used to sync with the app on my phone throughout the day but has stopped doing so about 2 or 3 months ago. I used to see a setting called "All day sync" in the app but don't see that any longer. Does anyone know how to fix this? I get upset with others in my Fitbit Challenges for not syncing for several hours but then I see I am doing the same thing so maybe they are having the same problem I am.

I am having similar issues with my Charge HR. Right now it won't even sync with my dongle on my PC either. I see no way to update the software on the device and am wondering what the issue may be.
