My charge 2 won’t turn on and won’t charge went to bed with it on and working fine woke up next morning and tried to sync it to update time and it wouldn’t sync then turn off with half battery life and won’t turn on or charge since tried tips from the forum to get it to turn on and still not working it’s only about 7 months old

Seems odd that suddenly your Charge 2 stop taking charge, thanks for taking the time to check a possible resolution of your situation here in the Community Forums. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensor green lights are flashing or if your device is completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for your difficulties.

I have a similar problem. The reminder to charge came up, I plugged the charger 2 in as usual. No charging icon. Cleaned the contacts and the pins as suggested. No charging icon. Tried to reset by holding in the button as suggested. Nothing, even after 40 seconds.
Please suggest something else.
