The fitbit vibrates and a low battery icon shows on screen when I attach it to the charger but doesn't charge. I tried cleaning the connections on the charger and fitbit. I tried connecting the charger to two different computers and two different USB to plug adapters on two different outlets. I tried the reset instructions pressing the button on the side right after I attach to charger and it vibrates. I hold down the button for 8 seconds the fitbit vibrates again but instead of seeing the fitbit logo, it shows the low battery icon again. I tried repeating the reset procedure 3 times but still no good. I made sure my phone bluetooth is off so it's not trying to connect during reset but still doesn't work. The low battery icon shows up brightly and the vibration is strong so there's no problem there. Any suggestions on how to get the fitbit to charge and/or how to reset?
