Charge 2 not charging

Having used a fitbit for years, it recently died...about 3 weeks ago. I can't charge it and it is sitting on a shelf, while I decide on a replacement. Weekly stats email is still coming and saying i have done thousands of steps in this time. Some days no steps, others 10,000. Absolute joke. So disappointed. I won't be replacing. 😞

Please, let me know if you have followd the steps suggested in this article.

Regarding the emails that you are receiving, have you set up before the feature called mobile track?
