Hi,
Charge 2 stopped syncing, tried uninstalling/installing app, forgot Bluetooth connecting but now bluetooth connection can't be found/paired. Tried all available suggestions.

Would like some advice with this too. The last couple of weeks, I've had exactly the same issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, plugged into pc and restarted fitbit by holding the button for a few seconds and restarting. Nothing is solving the problem. Am beginning to think about binning my fitbit for a lesser known device like my children have. So frustrated now. Notifications to try the meditation option is not helping 🙄 Need this is solved please 🙏🏻

Oh wow, I'm glad I'm not the only one! I was able to sync it fine back on Thursday night. Ever since then, though I keep getting any error saying to disable Fitbit Connect (which I don't have) or to insert my dongle (which it's been in this whole time). I was finally able to to do it through my laptop's Bluetooth, but I'd rather use my tower. Is there like a lifespan on these dongles or something (It's probably at least three years old)?
