My Charge 2 is not syncing with my PC or iPhone and iPad.

With the PC you need to download the connect software and install it for it to work.

 

Unless you have win 10 and then you need to download the app

 

Same for Pad and phone you need to download the apps

 

Connect scroll to the bottom

With 3 devices, make sure the other 2 devices, if nearby and on have their bluetooth off?
