I have a samsung tablet and phone. I am having problems with receiving google calendar notifications on my fitbit charge2. Some notifications come through and some don't. I have checked and all off The events ARE set to notification. Just can't figure out why it is so inconsistent. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@Redwind30 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your calendar notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I have tried all of the above.  When I add events/notifications to my google calendar I use my samsung tablet.  I have several events that occur on a daily basis.  Some events may occur more than once a day.  Some of the notifications come through, but others don't.  For example one notification came through yesterday, but the same notification did not come through today.  If the settings were not correct the notification would never come through....right?  So, I am very frustrated.  Have made many calls to fitbit support.  It will work for a few notifications and then won't work.  I hope I am making this clear.  Any help would be appreciated.
