I used to receive a vibration on my Charge 2 when I would receive a text and an incoming call on my IPhone 6.
The notifications have stopped on the Charge 2. In my IPhone settings under Bluetooth, Charge 2 is connected.
On the IPhone Fitbit app, under Account, Notifications are on for Calls and Text Messages.
Any thoughts?

Best AnswerThank you so much for this response! I couldn't figure out why mine stopped working either! Lifesaver! I've missed so many calls and texts the last couple days!

Hey guys! I hope you are doin' great!
@tpoh, are the notifications ON on your Charge 2 itself, as @WavyDavey mentioned?
@MurphyLawson, sounds pretty cool that you are getting notifications again. 😉
@Jen72, as I previously mentioned, on the Charge 2, you have to make sure that the notifications are set to ON. Could you please verify that? and if they are OFF, just press the side button until you get to the notifications option and then press and hold the side button to turn them ON.
Let me know how it goes!
Thank you for the reply. Yes, notifications are on...i went they all the suggested troubleshooting things - I reset it, I logged out and logged back in, I turned Bluetooth off and back on, I restarted my phone, and I stood on my head...Haha!
I think I've tried everything! It was working this morning, but just a bit ago I got a phone call, and it did' work again! I just don't get it...
Best AnswerCan someone explain where notifications are on the tracker itself? I've tried every troubleshooting & still am not getting my calls, texts or move notifications. What worked for those who got it working again? On an iPhone.

@Dawb76t, Press & Hold the side button on the Charge 2 for about three seconds to toggle the Notifications from Off to On.
Best AnswerI can not get my text alerts to show on my Charge 2 with the notification being turned on in the app. Any Tips? My blue tooth is also showing synced.
Best AnswerI am having the same issue. My is toggled to on and is also on in the App. I am getting my call notifications just not text?

Hi guys! I hope you are doin' great! 🙂

@Jen72, let me suggest you a couple of things so you can receive notifications again. Try to set it up your Fitbit as a new device by following the instructions for iOS devices on this post. If that doesn't work, please try to enable the notifications again by following the whole process on this other post.
@Dawb76t, it is great to hear that your Charge 2 is receiving notifications as expected.
@NicoleScobey, could you please also try to set it up your tracker as a new device? Just follow the instructions that I mentioned above for iOS devices and also try to enable the notifications again from the beginning.
Let me know if that works guys!
Best AnswerTry to press & hold the button on the tracker; about 3 seconds. Apparently you can turn notifications off & on this way too.
Best AnswerThank you. I didn't notice that some how I turned the notifications off.

Thanks for getting back @Dawb76t!
That is correct, if you just press and hod the side button of your Charge 2, the notifications will turn ON or OFF.
@pisces0304, so that means that you are getting notifications and they are working as expected, right?
Catch ya' later guys!
