Charge 2 not getting text messages

I have tried everything to get my Fitbit to show text messages. I have checked all settings restarted my fitbit several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, turned blue tooth of and on and checked all permissions. This has been going on for over week. I am at a loss as to how to remedy this and am frustrated. Please help!

i have an Samsung galaxy s10 as well and I am also having issues with text messages and phone calls. It will not show either.. I have also done the reset and disable and reenable Bluetooth.

I have a Samsung 10S and since I got this phone I can't received text messages or phone calls either. 

I have tried reinstalling the app, rebooted my fitbit. Notifications are On.

I have an iPhone XR and I’m having the same problem. I was receiving text and call notifications up until mid May 2020. Occasionally I will receive a call notification, but text notifications have stopped completely.

I have an iPhone 7+ and having the same problem. I'm getting the call notification, but i never got the text notification
