My charge 2 will no longer pair with he app on my device. I have checked the compatible device section and there's nothing there to say my android device with android update 10.0 is not compatible. I've had synchronicity issues all week and finally did everything I could to get it sorted which included uninstalling then reinstalling the app as well as unpairing the charge 2 and attempting to pair it again. However it will no longer pair, I get a pair code to input but then it tells me it's not working. I've never had an issue like this before, despite previous sync issues which are normally solved simply by restarting my device. There's literally nothing else I can do from my end. This needs a tech expert to sort it.

I just called in and they walked me through the restart process. you have to uninstall, unpair, restart... it's a whole thing!!!!!! BUT. it's working now. Call them, they are very helpful 🙂

Uninstall Fitbit app from computer and iPhone? Then reinstall, etc. Will I lose all my data?
