I have gone through all the help info to pair my charge 2, both to my Android phone and to Win 10, but nothing works. It goes as far as sending the 4-digit code and then rests as connecting...
The device used to work until 1 month ago paired to the same phone. It ran out of battery, I recharged it, but since it lost the current time, I tried to re-sync it. That is how I found out that it actually can't pair. Is it a hardware problem or is there any way to fix it? Thanks.
