Charge 2 not receiving messages

When recieving message only shows 1 message but does not show who from or message.

Mine is suddenly doing this too,it has been previously working fine now suddenly wont tell me the message.

Check your settings in the Fitbit app and the settings for your notification app.

2 days ago my fitbit has started displaying the senders name only even though I have sender and message selected on the app. fitbit support have been no use what so ever. think my Samsung S9 had an update which may have corrupted something.

Same here and mine is also a samsung s9 so i think thats probably what it is as it has been since i did an update.
