I'm getting so tired of my Fitbit not tracking my sleep correctly. It will okay for a few days then it will log the wrong time I went to sleep or it will break my sleep time into two distinct different times with a couple hours missing between them. Last time it said I went to sleep at one time but I know for a fact I was asleep hours before. It's just frustrating. I've tried resetting it with no success and adjusting the watchband to looser or tighter. Just venting. Thanks for listening. At least it keeps time.

@mickmoon Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.
