My charge 2 suddenly stopped working. It vibrates when put on the charger and resets when holding in the button. The screen lights up with the software info then goes black and unresponsive. It shows that the device is fully charged but it doesn't show any other info (time, steps, heart rate, etc). It also won't pair with my phone, which has always been paired together. I unpaired it in an attempt to fix it. 

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
