Charge 2 not syncing nor getting GPS option

I am using Charge 2 with Redmi 6 pro mobile. I have following problems.

Tracker is not updating.

GPS Tracking option is not found on application

@Jitesh123 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your syncing issues and missing GPS option. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

For the GPS option please check these instructions this should help either using only the Fitbit app or the Fitbit app and the Charge 2.
