Charge 2 not syncing on any device ever

I'm so sick and tired of this company right now. I first bought the Charge in 2016, but then it broke in under 6 months. Bought a new one and it broke just under a year of usage. The new one didn't wanna sync with my phone at the time either, even if it worked perfectly before. I even resetted my entire phone but it still didn't work... So I got the Charge 2 last year and it wouldn't sync to my Huawei p10 lite (the only one in that phone series not supported, p8, p9 and p20 is supposedly working for other people...) so I had to use an old Lenovo tab I had at home, that surprisingly could sync. My Lenovo tab broke last week after years of usage.

So I just bought a new tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A and surprise... it's not syncing. I saw some posts here from early 2016 (!) requesting an update for the syncing problem because it's not supported AT ALL! Only the older Samsung tabs seems to be supported, and fitbit haven't updated any of the software it even if they said they'd try to do so three years ago... the older Samsung tablets that are supported is not even manufactured anymore!

And yes I've been troubleshooting, resetted all my devices etc etc. This company doesn't seem to give a **ahem** about their customers,  - I'm just throwing money away by now, buying THREE devices from them and every single one has malfunctioned in some way. Never ever supporting this company again.

FitBit devices heavily rely on the Internet connection for syncing, and yet the company failed to develop a reliable connection. I have to reset my Charge 2 every second day to make sure that I can sync it.
