My Steps do not show up on my Dashboard! Fitbit has been failing right and left lately. They either need better devopers, better testers or new management.

I'd like to first appreciate the feedback that was submitted, we're always striving to improve our products and services so the information that was provided is helpful for us. Regarding your step difficulties, I'd like to gather more information to better assist you. That said, can you please let me know if your Charge 2 is syncing information into your account but not steps or if it's not syncing information at all? In the meantime I receive your reply, I'd recommend you to check that the Fitbit app is up to date as well as your mobile device operating system.
