Charge 2 not syncing with Android phone

Watch is fully charged, has not been wet, no sweat,  but has. not synched since 3 pm.  It's says that synching is scheduled.  Bluetooth is on.  Just went synch. Help!!!!!!!  Android device and have had the watch for 2 yrs.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
