My charge 2 is supposed to sync with my phone, tablet, and laptop. It works fine with the phone and tablet, but, from 4 days ago, I cannot sync with the laptop. However, the laptop's blue-tooth is set to 'on' and the settings page says I'm connected with my charge 2. However, the fitbit dashboard is resolutely not in sync with my charge 2 and reports information from many months previously. Can anyone explain what is wrong with my lap-top?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your computer. Where are you viewing your data (using a web browser or using the Fitbit app on your computer)? When you sync (regardless of what you use to sync) this data is uploaded to Fitbit's servers so you can view it anywhere this means that when you sync using your phone you can view the same data on your computer. This makes me think that you may be using a different account on your computer. Check that you are using the same email address on both so you view the data correctly. If you are using a web browser you may wish to clear cache and cookies.
