Charge 2 not syncing with iPad

Have just changed my iPad, and now my Fitbit App won’t update or sync. Still seems to have old information on it. Do I need to delete this App, and re-install it again? Thanks for any help.

@StonePixie Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your iPad. You can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for trying to help me with my problem. Unfortunately, as I’m very elderly, and not very ‘tech’ minded, your suggestion wasn’t a lot of help. Changed my iPad last week, and prior to this, my Fitbit App worked fine, but now I can’t do anything with it. There seems to be old data on it, and it won’t sync either. Have tried to delete App, and re-install it, but that makes no difference either.
