Uninstalled/reinstalled Fitbit app. Turned Bluetooth on and off. Bluetooth can’t find Fitbit charge 2. Have latest firmware on Charge 2 - 22.58.0. And latest IOS (13) on iPhone 11. Please advise.
Note: I still have old iPhone and it’s syncing with Charge 2. Charge 2 shows in Bluetooth paired devices list.

Charge 2 made it into paired devices. Now is syncing.

What worked? My devices are not syncing with new iphone. Have tried everything you did and what the other person posted. Still no luck. My husband thought it was due to fitbit not having an update for the new phone yet, but if you got yours to work..

Luckily I had not traded in my old iPhone so was able to forget all devices. It has paired with my Charge 2. Just need it to find the Spotify hub and my car.
Many thanks

Had the same problem, shut off bluetooth on the old phone and was able to connect with the fitbit, but it wasn't syncing correctly. Solved that by updating to the latest fitbit software on the phone. When the new phone populated the apps from the old phone, it brought in the older version of the fitbit app. Updated and everything synced nicely.
