Sleep score discrepancy

I think there's a flaw in the scoring if you wake up for too long then go back to sleep. It gives an initial score for the shortened sleep then fails to update it. I have widely varying scores because of this. Any one else?

I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. To better assist you with this Sleep Score discrepancy, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Which mobile device you're currently using to check your Fitbit account? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persist.
