Over the last few days my Fitbit says that my IPhone Bluetooth is not turned on. Up to today, if I turned Bluetooth off and then back on the Fitbit would connect. As of today, no matter what I do I don't get a sync. By the way, I do have a dongle also on my laptop.
By the way, I am having no problem with any of my other bluetooth devices.
HELP!

@danfry69 @sjecklin @Julie666 @wormhole A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear taht your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your phone. Most of you don't mention which phone you are using. Make sure it is compatible to sync. In general you can try going to the bluetooth settings area on your phone, remove all devices listed there then restart your phone. Restart your tracker too by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
After this open the Fitbit app to start a sync.
Let me know how it goes!

Same problem with my iPhone 6S. Nothing is working. Tried all of the fixes suggested. Any other tricks up your sleeve?

My charge 2 won’t sync with my I phone? It says my Bluetooth is not connected but it is connected. It says it’s connected on my iPhone and I have no problem connecting to any of my other Bluetooth devices. Can you help please as the Fitbit app I think has a fault on it which is preventing me syncing
thanks

Also I have an I phone 5, which is compatible as I’ve had my Fitbit since Christmas and had no problems with it until last week. Last week it deleted my profile along with my data but after following the steps advised I managed to recover my account. But this week my problem is the not syncing and the app saying my Bluetooth is turned off when it’s clearly on?

I’ve been trying since Monday to pair my Fitbit with my iPhone X, it gets to the point where you put the 4 digits into the app and says error 500. I’ve tried every single thing you can, emailed fit bit and spoken to them on the phone and still haven’t got anywhere! Need help!!

I had this same problem and went on apple and they said to set up a new Fitbit. When you do it will recognize the device and asks you if you want to replace it. I did and it now shows up on my iPhone X. Hope this helps.
