Charge 2 not syncing with strava

I've recently downloaded the strava app to record my cycling, I'm also paying full subscription. Although I'm finding the app very good, I'm not able to sync my charge 2 with strava. I've followed the online instructions and, as far as I'm aware, the two are connected. The main reason for syncing the two is to pull over my heart rate data to strava. 

Does anyone have have the same problem?

Hi @Johnc61 we connect our Fitbit account to our Strava account.

So let's see if they really are connected

Open the Fitbit app

Go to Account Settings

Manage Data

Manage Third Party Apps

Is Strava connected?

Please be aware that only exercises recorded with GPS will be transferred to Strava

If Strava still doesnt sync, lets revoke access and set it up again.
