Since Wed am at 10:41 Fitbit app will not sync with CR2 —- have removed CR2 & app & reinstalled, Fitbit app not syncing on any devices-IPhone or iPad; CR2 also changed the face w/o my changing it; App keeps searching to sync & then states no internet BUT internet is connected/enabled on all devices.
WHAT to do?

Welcome to the Community @eks915! Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting you've performed.
I would like you to make sure that you have the latest version installed on your iPhone and iPad which is 2.88. If you do but you're still receiving this message, please log out from the app and then force quit it. If you're not seeing this message after force quitting it but your Charge 2 isn't syncing, try these steps.
If after performing the above, you're still receiving this message, please provide me with a screenshot of the error message that you're receiving.
