My Charge 2 stopped syncing after Fitbit released the latest update. My iPhone 7 is on the list of devices the app works on, the phone has the latest iOS update, I have turned off Bluetooth, the iPhone and the Charge 2 and turned them all back on. Last week the app would update once I did that but once I closed the app and reopened it would no longer sync. Yesterday I left the app open most of the day and it would sync but once I closed it would no longer update no matter what I did. I have had help chats and emailed Fitbit with no resolution. Has anyone been able to find a fix?
