Charge 2 not syncing

My charge 2 isn't tracking anything or syncing.  What do I do?

Try turning Bluetooth off then on again, restarting the device you are syncing to (phone, tablet, etc), or turning your fitbit off then back on. these solutions have worked for me in the past.

Charge 2 won't sync with Fitbit app Version 2.87, on Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1...   Followed all instructions from Fitbit customer service and this site.

Told need to sync with computer and not phone.

Not what I paid for... Feel ripped off!

Hey @OmaKate, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have tried some tips to make your Charge 2 sync. Due to the phone model that you are using, the Moto E4, is not compatible, I'm afraid that you'll experience connectivity issues such as sycning, GPS and not getting notifications. So as they have mentioned, try to sync with a computer or if is possible, with another compatible device.
