Charge 2 not working

My Charge 2 will work one minute and then not work the next minute. Tried charging it. Took the charge, worked for a bit then stopped. Now won't charge. I've noticed the 2 green lights that touch my wrist, only 1 will light up and it's very faint. Any ideas?

@Becks2181 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
